Through identification with the protagonist, the small but powerful Magician Matthew, one is offered the chance to focus more on the functional parts of oneself, the hidden and unknown potentials, and to give a different connotation to one’s condition. As in the best tradition of fairy tales, such a journey takes on the characters of challenge and adventure, full of emotions, allies, tools and even obstacles, in which the theme of illness and overcoming one’s limitations often appears evoked and made possible.
